What is the Housing Ombudsman?
The Housing Ombudsman is a free and independent service. It’s available to social tenants and leaseholders, who have an issue or dispute they want to raise with their social landlord.
How to join the event
To open the event up to as many of you as possible, we’re offering the opportunity to join in-person and online.
You’ll meet Richard Blakeway, from the Housing Ombudsman and get the chance to ask questions about the service.
Ian Wardle, Chief Executive Officer at A2Dominion, will also be at the event and on-hand to talk to customers.
He says: “We’re delighted to be partnering with the Housing Ombudsman to offer this unique event to all our customers.
“This is an important opportunity to find out more about your rights as a social tenant or leaseholder, share your views and find out how A2Dominion and the Housing Ombudsman can help.”
Individual complaints or queries
The Housing Ombudsman won’t be able to discuss your individual complaint or give you any personal advice or guidance during the event.
If you do have an ongoing complaint and would like an update, please get in touch. Visit our website If you would like to log a new complaint or call us on 0800 432 0077.
