If you need an emergency repair outside of office hours (after 5.30pm on Friday 23 August), please call us on 0800 316 9880.
If it’s over the bank holiday weekend don’t worry, you’ll get through to a colleague from our out of hours team.

What if I need to report Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)?
The easiest way to report ASB during the bank holiday weekend is by logging into your My Account online portal and raising the issue online.
If you have a serious ASB issue that involves an illegal activity, such as drug abuse, trespassing, violence or vandalism, please report it to the police by calling 999.
