How to contact us over Christmas and New Year

We’re sharing the details of our opening hours over the festive period.

Contacting our Customer Contact Centre

Our Customer Contact Centre will close at 12.30pm on Tuesday 24 December and will reopen at 8:30am on Thursday 2 January. 

Urgent repairs

For urgent repairs you can contact our out of hours provider on 0800 316 9980 between Tuesday 24 December and Thursday 2 January.

If you have a non-urgent repair you can log it via your My Account online portal.

We expect to be busy on Thursday 2 January 2025. If your query is not urgent, you may want to call the following week to avoid waiting in a queue.

Reporting anti-social behaviour 

If you need to report anti-social behaviour (ASB), the easiest way to do it is by logging into your My Account and raising the issue online.

If you have a serious ASB issue over the festive period, please report it to the police on 999. If it involves illegal activity like drug abuse, trespassing, violence or vandalism, please report it to the police and don’t attempt to address it yourself.
